Titanium QR code marking provides permanent, machine-readable identification on a lightweight and corrosion-resistant metal substrate. We fiber-laser mark QR codes, Data Matrix codes, 1D barcodes, serial numbers, text and other variable data on titanium tags.

Titanium Grade 2 and Grade 5 can be selected according to the mechanical, environmental and process requirements of the application. Tag performance depends on material grade, thickness, marking method, mounting and actual exposure conditions.

For elevated-temperature or thermal-cycle applications, the complete tag and mounting system should be validated under the customer's real process conditions before production deployment.
